By placing an order with The Female Glaze you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
PRODUCTS
Choc bites, cookies and tarts have a shelf life of 5 days and must be kept sealed in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
Pasteis de nata and rolls have a shelf life of 3 days and must be kept sealed in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
ALLERGENS
Please get in contact to discuss allergies before ordering.
We use GLUTEN, SOY, NUTS and SESAME in our baking and therefore cannot guarantee complete absence of cross-contamination if baking with alternatives.
DELIVERY
Orders are delivered on Wednesdays. Your items will be delivered to the address you entered on your order and we cannot accept any liability for failed delivery due to an incorrect address. Someone needs to be available at the delivery address at the time of the delivery. The Female Glaze take no responsibility for delays or spoiling of items due to no one being available at the delivery address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has already been baked we’re unable to cancel and give you a refund. Cancellation should be made within 24 hours of ordering.

REFUNDS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. Once you have placed an order, it is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery.
If you are unhappy with any of our items you must notify us in writing to thefemaleglaze@yahoo.com
This must be sent immediately upon receipt of product. You must include evidence of any faults or damages. Any refunds will be given at our discretion.
