Everybody is losing their mind over the viral cookie croissant so I had to make it... but vegan!
 
Buttery and flaky croissants with a gooey heart of cookie dough, topped with extra crunchy cookie crumbs 'cause it's all about balance. Delicious as they are and even better warmed up in the oven for a few minutes.
